Some of our developers are getting confused with resolutions. We have one group who creates and closes bugs, and another that works on and resolves bugs. Developers have the ability to reassign, in case they need to send an issue to another developer.

When developers are assigned a bug, they will fix the issue and mark it as resolved. Once resolved, they see the bug is still assigned to them, even though our QA needs to close it. So they reassign the bug to the QA individual to close. At this point, the issue is technically reopened.

We'd like to have the ability to "Resolve & Reassign", which doesn't change the STATUS, but DOES change the assignee?

This would be similar to the "Resolve & Close" feature, performing two steps in one.
