When printing multiple copies of multiple page reports with collate check box checked from Digital Supplier the second copy does not print

RDF files open with RPWriter Report Data File Viewer
Tested printing two copies of an 8 page document and collate check box checked - only one copie printed

Tested printing from Word - two copied of 4 page word document with collating checked and two copies printed.
