Attach screen shot feature does not work.

      In our set up we can't use the attach screen shot feature.

      Steps to reproduce :

      1. go to your favorite JIRA issue
      2. click on the Attach screen shot
        1. empty dialog box about choosing my certificate to auth to jira pops up (see attached screen shot)
        2. hence I can't authenticate and the java plug-in does not load.
