Note that you can't use 3 digit version numbers in the atlassian-plugin.xml file

atlassian-plugin.xml:
<!-- Can't use more than two digits here -->
<application-version min="3.0" max="3.6"/>

or you get some complaint about the number having more than two decimal points!
