CLONE -Issue security does not work with sub-tasks

      all subtasks are inheriting security level from parent, but if we start to search of it, we could see description and other short information about issue, but if we try to open it - we got security error ("You don't have permission to open this issue").

      my question is: Why does user see subtasks in search with security level that don't allow user to see it?
