Can delete last standard/subtask issuetype in professional, which causes System error

      In Professional edition, you can delete the last standard/subtask issuetype (even if its assigned to an issue).

      On view issue page this causes:

      java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Issue Type for issue with id '10020 is null.
