Need to document how to restrict recent comment RSS feed to only show comment after a certain date

The comments RSS feed looks at the Issue Search Request for any restrictions on the "updated" date. If there are any, the same restrictions are applied to comments created date.

For example, if a search request finds all open issues for version 3.7 updated after 20-Jun-2006, then the comments RSS feed will return comments that have been created after 20-Jun-2006 for issues that are open and are marked for version 20-Jun-2006.

Ifthe Issue Search request has no parameters for Updated date then all comments of issues that match the search request are returned in the RSS feed.

This functionality needs to be documented.
