Update docs for Orion and specify that pooled location should be used.

Please check the exact syntax for the Orion datasource.

Also please check with Jeff if OC4J is similarly affected.

The pooled location needs to be used to ensure database transactions work in JIRA. See Jed or Dylan if you need more info.
