In the custom field, "Time since last comment" a really long duration shows as weeks not as years.

For example on CONF-819 at the moment, the field shows as "117 weeks, 2 days ago". It would be better written as "2 years, 13 weeks ago".

Note that a year is not a whole number of weeks (and actually varies in length if you want to be precise).
