      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      After an issue has been resolved for more than say 3 months, prevent new comments.

      This stops spammers adding comments to old issues.

      Could this somehow be implemented as a plugin or workflow configuration?
