Ways to replicate the problem:

1. Edit the description of an issue type to some"string
2. Create an issue of that issue type
3. Click on Edit Issue once issue is created and being viewed
4. You'll notice something breaking at the field issue type (e.g. missing name)
5. If you press Update Issue, you will receive the Issue type not selected error message
