Cannot save a filter after having edit it

      v 3.6.5 Enterprise with an evaluation license
      Running on tomcat 5.5 with mysql

      I open a filter
      When I click on "Edit" , Jira says : You are currently using a new, unsaved search.
      And when I go to manage if I click to save, it proposes only to save it as a new filter
