Does JIRA have the ability to customize the "My Open Issues" nugget to include re-open issues also?

I was using this OPEN ISSUES section on my JIRA homepage to manage my open items (Assigned to Me) but unfortunately discovered that it does NOT contained REOPENED but would like to see them on this list so I can manage my outstanding work.

Are there any current requests out there today to enhance the OPEN ISSUES section to include Re-opened Issues as well (or the option to include)?
