Make "Project Lead" a role

    Description

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Jira supports "Reporter" as a role that it maintains.
      Also "Assignee".
      It would be nice to add "Project Lead" to that list as well.

      Role-names should be available in every name picker, and in every situation in which I can select a name/person.
      Conditions and post functions should support the use of all roles.
      I should be able to assign to or restrict to (or whatever) to the Reporter, the Project Lead, the current Assignee, etc.

      I am filing a separate bug that requests Jira saving he name of the person that caused each issue transition.
      Those "roles" should be supported, too, as above.
