Event subsystem - have 'release version' event

    Description

      In my workflow I assign all issues to test team after release a new version.

      Now I have to do it manually.
      It would be great to have possibility to define post function (like in wokrflow steps) in "release version" action.
      Definition of such a funcion could be similar to this in workflow
