      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      In order to replicate or migrate a JIRA installation, one would need to perform an XML backup, copy the attachments across manually and reinstall all plugins. It would be nice if all these files are included in the backup zip file, allowing a smoother upgrade and migration process.
