Workflow validator causes ClassCastException when calling CustomFieldImpl.getAssociatedIssueTypes()

      Jira log (see attached log) displays a class cast exception when calling CustomFieldImpl.getAssociatedIssueTypes() from inside the validate() function.

      Also, when throwing an InvalidInputException upon failure of the validation, this exception also appears in the log. Not sure if this is a bug or not.
