The Filter/search options should include Project Category. By this way, it would be possible to form and save Category-based filters.
Example of headache:
70 development projects.
All filters (a lot) include development projects but not the others.
If somehow, a new project or a new component (since components can not be versionned) based project created, it is necessary to edit all saved filters; otherwise the new project is out of scope of previously created filters.
