When you try to Edit a filter it behaves like you are creating a new filter. choosed edit, make changes to filter criteria press view and edit, and you never see the message that the filter has been changed, and you can't save it. You must disable the RSS subscribe feature to get it to function. This seemed very fimilar to the Safari issue that was logged about a year ago from someone but it was reproducible. Maybe they had a similar issue. JRA-5478.
