Open Issues graph coloring incorrect on Internet Explorer

The graph of open issues in Dashboard page does not display the colors correctly on Internet Explorer 7. In Firefox the graph shows red and green properly, on IE7 it uses blue colors. Attached is a screenshot of both Firefox and IE7 on the same page.

I believe that the problem lies in the way that IE, interprets the HTML. If you look at the generated HTML code it looks the same on both IE and Firefox. However, there is a line break after the bgcolor=" tag and that I believe affects the IE rendering.

I have also attached two files, one that has the line break after the tag (a.html), and one that doesn't (b.html). If you open them both in IE you will see the difference the line-break makes.
