If you perform a query and open the printview of the results the query parameters are displayed, e.g.

Project: Server
Resolutions: Unresolved
Sorted by: Updated descending

If you export the same result list to excel this information is not available (only the creation date of the list) - but would be very interesting, especially if you archive this excel sheet for later auditions at milestones (probably you need to know what kind of issues are shown in the list ...)!
