CSV Importer ignores extra columns for comments

      The HeaderRowCsvMapper's mapDataRow() does not create comments for the MultiMap correctly, as empty column headers are being read into the originalDataHeader, which then fails to fulfill the dataRow.length > originalDataHeader.length condition.
