View a list of issues, hit 'Bulk Change: All N issues(s)'

Now on 'Bulk Operation: Choose Issues'

Select 1, or all, it doesn't matter, and hit Next

Now on 'Bulk Operation: Choose Operation'

Select 'Edit Issues', and hit Next

Now on 'Bulk Operation: Operation Details'

Under 'Change assign to', click 'Assign to me'. The select box updates, but the 'Change Assign To' checkbox has not been checked. It should have been. If we not hit next (without ticking the checkbox ourselves) then we get the error 'You must select at least one bulk action to perform', and the 'Assign To' selection list has reverted to 'Automatic'.
