Incorrect display of the 'New' summary field in quick subtask creation in Internet Explorer

      Incorrect display of the summary field in the horizontal "quick issue creation" form in Internet Explorer. There is a weird behaviour in Internet Explorer in treating the <td/>'s width and CSS attribute (i.e. textfield

      { width: 90%; }

      ). The text field for quick issue creation seems to be shorten to about 2 characters wide.
