I created the project like belows,

Components:
component one
component two
component three

A new user group:
jira-superuser

super1, super2 manage component one
super3 manage component two
super4, super5 manage component three

I would like to do that if a user create the issue related component one, component owner, super1 and super2 will receive email notification. However, super3, super4 and super5 will not receive email.

Or any other method can perform it?
