Cannot delete attachments

      I am unable to delete any attachments. I have administrator permissions.
      We recently upgraded to 3.6.2 Professional and it seems that after the upgrade the ability to delete attachments is gone.
      When I open up an issue in JIRA and click on Manage Attachments there is no option to delete, only a link to Download appears.
