Add a message to backup screen - "This will not back up attachments. It has to be done manually"

Users are normally not aware that backing up JIRA data does not back up the attachments. They are required to back up attachments manually and restore it in their upgraded JIRA. Hence, this message will help prevent users from committing this common error.
