TransitionWorkflow Jelly tag resets the assignee

      The TransitionWorkflow Jelly tag requires an assignee field. Unfortunately there is no way to find out the assignee of an existing issue, so one is forced to reset the assignee when using TransitionWorkflow.

      A simple way to fix this (any any similar) problems is to create a <jira:ReadIssue> tag, that sets Jelly variables to values of the specified issue. The variables can then be reused in tags like TransitionWorkflow.
