Full Content (HTML) View doesn't show description

      jira 3.6.2 with tomcat 5.0, using oracle 10g drivers to connect to oracle 9i via jdbc. jdk 1.5.0_06, solaris 9

      Possibly as a result of JRA-10083, the full content view via the issue navigator no longer shows the description, and hides the ability to hide / unhide this field.

      If you close the HTML comment on line 183 of secure/views/navigator/navigator-full.jsp, I think everything works as it should.

      (pls ignore my attached file - doesn't seem to be a way for me to delete it using safari. It just has the html rendered source of the jsp)
