User picker checkbox selections not persisted when clicking next to add more users (Add Watchers popup)

When someone goes to add watchers to an issue we get the user picker popup. When there are multiple pages of users, selecting a few on the first page, then clicking next, clears out the selections made on the previous page(s) when clicking back.
I can reproduce if desired by you guys/gals!
