After a filter is saved first time, one is able to modify by clicking 'Show' to edit filter properties. After the modification is completed, the HTML interface provides 'Save' function to current filter. However, the page behind 'Save' asks a user to type name and description. If the name of existing is typed to the page, JIRA complains that the name already exists.
