Unify assign workflow post-functions

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Currently we have:

      • UpdateIssueFieldFunction which can set an issue's assignee to a certain user
      • AssignToLeadFunction
      • AssignToReporterFunction

      and there's a proposal for an "assign to current user" function (JRA-5819).

      It seems silly having all these slightly different post-functions. We should enhance UpdateIssueFieldFunction to list "Current assignee", "project lead", "component lead" and "reporter".
