Ability to use Formula custom fields as Estimation Statistics on Scrum boards

      Under Board Settings > Estimation, Jira Software only supports:

      • Story Points (default managed numeric field)
      • Original Time Estimate (built-in time tracking)
      • Issue Count
      • Standard numeric custom fields 

      Formula fields dynamically compute values on the fly rather than storing static numeric values, which causes them to not be recognized or selectable by the Jira Software estimation service.

      Allow Formula custom fields  to be selected under Estimation Statistic in board configuration.
