Issue Summary
The Burndown chart uses "Inc" and "Dec" as table headers and the additional information is available only on hover.

- Navigate to the Sidebar, expand "Spaces", and open any space.
- Navigate and activate "Report" button from the tabs.
- Navigate and activate "More reports" button.
- Navigate and activate "Burndown chart" link form the modal dialog.
- Using the keyboard, try to navigate to the mentioned element.
- Observe that the content is not available on focus.

Actual Results
The full descriptive terms ("Increase" and "Decrease") are trapped behind a hover-only trigger on the abbreviated words "Inc" and "Dec". Users on non-pointer or touch devices cannot view or access this contextual explanation.
Expected Results
All column header information should be perceivable and available by default across all input modalities:
- Remove the abbreviations "Inc" and "Dec".
- Display the full terms "Increase" and "Decrease" directly as static text in the table header.
- Eliminate the dependency on hover-triggered tooltips for core column descriptions.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
