Allow alphabetical sort of components on the New Issue View

      The components on the view work item page are listed in a random order. I believe they should be alphabetical.
      I found https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-76703, but it seems to be limited to the create screen.

      Is it possible for a Jira space to have the components dropdown be alphabetical?
