Issue Summary

Currently reports have a single dashboard per project, it would be helpful if we support multiple report dashboards under the same project.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Ensure you have more than one (eg 2) boards in a space. 
2. Update the reports filter on one board and it starts to reflect on other boards as well. 

Expected Results

The filter update should not reflect on other boards.

Actual Results

The filter update reflects on all the boards

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
