Currently, portfolioChildIssuesOf() requires an explicit parent key. For example, finding descendants of Epics that match particular criteria therefore requires manually identifying those Epics and maintaining their keys in the query.

Requested outcome

Allow portfolioChildIssuesOf() to accept a JQL query that selects the parents dynamically, then return their descendants.

Conceptual example:

issue in portfolioChildIssuesOf(
  "project = ABC AND issuetype = Epic AND labels = reliability"
)

This would return descendants of all Epics matching the inner query, automatically including descendants of newly matching Epics.
