Issue Summary

Using basic JQL search allows the user to select "All Standard Work Items". Afterwards, all individual workTypes are still selectable. See attached screenshot as an example. Observe how "All standard work types" is selected, and how "Bug" is also selected but that the other "Standard work types" (E.g. Story, Task, etc) display unselected in this drop-down menu.

The unchecked items can may cause uncertainty for which types are included in their JQL, especially for newer Jira users or non-technical users that use basic function instead of advanced search. 

Steps to Reproduce

1) In Jira Cloud click in the main search bar at the top, and select "View all work items" 
2) Use the "Basic" JQL option.
3) Open the "Type" dropdown filter, and select the "All standard work types"
4) Note all the remaining standard workTypes can still be selected, leading to uncertainty on what is included as part of the "All standard work types" checkbox. 

Expected Results

Selecting "All Standard Work Items" will demonstrate that all basic workTypes are included in the search. 

Actual Results

Selecting "All Standard Work Items" still shows unchecked options for other standard workTypes, and allows the user to continue selecting other standard types.  

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
