Problem: When creating a subtask in the Active Sprint board, the card briefly flashes and disappears. It only reappears after a manual page refresh or a few seconds. 

Secondary Issue: Even if the subtask appears, it cannot be clicked to open the sidebar view until the page is reloaded. This leads to users accidentally editing the wrong ticket (the one previously selected in the sidebar).

Environment: Company-managed projects with multiple active sprints and high subtask volume.

Proposed Improvement:

Instead of just showing a loading indicator, the board should "lock" the optimistic card in place and prevent it from being removed by background refreshes until the backend explicitly confirms the subtask is ready to be queried.
