Issue Summary

The Space-level dashboards are currently not available to BYOK customers. Those customers can still access the old Reports view. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Under a BYOK site, access the Reports tab of a space.

The space level dashboards should be available:

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
