Allow reordering of Shortcuts in a Jira space

      Summary

      In Jira Cloud, when shortcuts are through the Jira space's horizontal navigation bar (Jira Space > Shortcuts), there is no way to manually reorder them. Shortcuts are sorted by their last-updated timestamp, giving users no direct control over the display order.

      Suggestion

      • Ability to drag-and-drop shortcuts to reorder them
      • Alternatively, "Move up" / "Move down" options in the shortcut context menu
