As a Jira Admin managing diverse workloads, I would like a Space level notification policy offering Redacted, Suppressed, or Full delivery modes across standard triggers and automation rules. This assures I can protect sensitive data like PHI in regulated projects while still allowing complete, detailed email notifications to go out for standard, non-sensitive projects.

A notification policy must respect comment level visibility, as well as regular project permission boundaries. 

All permission boundaries must also be respected by automation rules - E.G. data sent through emails to a given party through automation custom emails, via smart values or otherwise, must be data they otherwise have permission to view.
