      Issue Summary

      List View shows duplicate issues

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open any company managed project
      2. Open the list view of the of the CMP
      3. Create a new epic, add child issue under it. You will notice two child issues with same name. One within the epic and one outside the epic
      4. This is only affecting newer issues. The older issues under the epic is all fine and doesn't show twice

      Expected Results

      It should show only issue under the epic

      Actual Results

      The below exception is thrown in the xxxxxxx.log file:

      ...Its showing duplicate
