JSM Ticket unfurls in Slack show 'Sync Slack' cta even though it's not supported

      Issue Summary

      When a JSM Ticket link is pasted in Slack, We provide an unfurl card. The card may sometimes contain a 'Sync Slack' Cta option. This feature lets one sync slack thread replies with Jira comments and is currently only supported for Jira links.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Paste a JSM Ticket Link in a Slack channel
      2. The unfurls card shows a Slack Sync CTA

      Expected Results

      Unfurl Card should not contain the 'Slack Sync' Cta option.

      Actual Results

      Unfurl Card does contain the 'Slack Sync' Cta option.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
