Summary

Following the Jira email notification redesign, customers are requesting an option to opt out of the decorative branding elements (hand-drawn style swirls and stars) in the email notification header.

Use case

Customers using Jira in enterprise/professional environments feel the current decorative header elements do not reflect the professional role Jira plays in their organization's workflows and client-facing implementations. They would like either:

• An admin-level option to select a minimal/professional email header style, or
• A revision of the header design to better align with enterprise expectations
