Problem Statement:

Currently, the native Formula field only supports a limited set of fields (such as Created).

Users are unable to reference other critical system date fields like Resolved (Resolution Date) or Updated to perform calculations directly within the formula editor.

Customer Use Case:

• DATETIME_DIFF({Created}, {Resolved}) / DATETIME_DIFF({Created}, {ResolutionDate})
• DATETIME_DIFF({Created}, {Updated})

Current Behavior:

The Resolved field is not recognized or accessible in the formula editor, preventing the calculation.

Proposed Solution:

Expand the available fields in the Formula field editor to include all standard system date/time fields, specifically:

• Resolved / ResolutionDate
• Updated
• Status Category Changed Date
