Problem Statement:
In the Jira Cloud Workflow Editor (Diagram mode), transitions configured as "Allow all statuses to transition to this one" (Global Transitions) are always labeled with a generic "Any" text and a flash icon.

Even when a custom name is assigned to the transition, it is not visible in the diagram unless the user selects the transition or switches to "Text" mode. Furthermore, toggling the "Show transition labels" checkbox in the editor does not hide the "Any" label, whereas it does hide labels for direct transitions.

Customer Pain Point:
The customer uses global transitions for "Admin Only" actions. Because the diagram only shows "Any", it is impossible for users (or other admins) to distinguish between different global transitions at a glance. This leads to:

1. Confusion: Users see multiple "Any" transitions and don't know which is which without clicking into each one.

1. Workflow Complexity: Admins cannot visually verify the workflow logic quickly.

1. UI Inconsistency: The "Show transition labels" setting is ignored by global transitions, creating a cluttered view that the user cannot simplify.

Suggested Solution:

1. Allow the Workflow Editor to display the actual transition name instead of the generic "Any" label in Diagram mode.

1. Ensure that global transition labels respect the "Show transition labels" toggle, allowing them to be hidden along with other transition names.

Current Workarounds:
Until this is implemented, you can use the following methods to see the specific transition names:

1. Text Mode: Switch the workflow editor to "Text" mode to see a list of all transitions with their actual names.

1. Direct Transitions: If it is critical that the name is visible in the diagram and respects the "hide" toggle, you can replace the global transition with individual direct transitions from each status to the destination.
