Issue Summary
Ability to export Individual Capacity Planning data (Capacity tab) to CSV or Excel format.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to a team-managed, company-managed, or business Jira project where the Capacity tab is enabled.
2. Click on the Capacity tab to view the individual capacity planning table.
3. Populate the plan with contributors and weekly percentage allocations.
4. Attempt to find a native "Export" or "Download" button to extract the table data.

Expected Results
Users should be able to export the capacity plan, including team members, work items, and their specific weekly percentage/day/hour allocations, into a CSV or Excel file for external reporting and resource auditing.

Actual Results
There is currently no native export functionality within the Capacity tab UI. While users can import a CSV to set up a plan, they cannot extract the resulting data.
 
Workaround
Currently there is no known native workaround to export the specific weekly allocation data from the Capacity tab.
