Allow JSM ChatOps and Jira Cloud for Slack apps to use Slack's new Agent messaging experience

      Current State:

      • All bot-initiated messages (alert notifications, request updates, approval prompts, etc.) appear only in the Apps section of the Slack sidebar, reducing visibility and discoverability. 

      Proposed Future State:

      • Allow JSM ChatOps and Jira Cloud for Slack apps to use Slack's new Agent messaging experience (introduced by Slack on 30 June 2026 here).
      • Conversations with these apps would then appear in the standard Direct Messages list, improving visibility and notification delivery.
