Problem Statement:

With the rollout of the Unified Attachments experience in Jira Cloud, the attachment list now only displays the date of the upload.

Previously, users were able to see the specific time an attachment was added.

• 

For many enterprise customers, knowing the exact time of an upload is critical for audit trails and tracking of issues.

Suggested Solution:

Update the Unified Attachments panel to display the full timestamp (Date and Time) for each attachment, or provide a hover-over tooltip that reveals the exact upload time.
